Arnicare® Ointment

The thick petroleum jelly base actually stays put on my sore shoulder overnight instead of rubbing off on the sheets, which is huge for me. Muscle stiffness from gardening melted away within a day, and the bruise on my knee faded noticeably faster than usual.

I twisted my ankle on a run and this ointment helped the swelling go down noticeably faster than just ice. The petroleum jelly base makes it easy to massage into the sore spots without it drying out.

The petroleum jelly base is really thick, which I like because it doesn't drip or run off my sore shoulder. Used it on a stiff neck from sleeping wrong and the pain eased up noticeably after a couple of applications.
