Arnica 30C Tablets

The tablets dissolve quickly under the tongue, and they’re completely non-drowsy, which worked well for me after a long hike left my calves aching. My stiffness eased noticeably within a couple of hours, and I liked that there were no known interactions to worry about.

Fell off my bike and my shoulder was stiff for days, but these little tablets dissolved under my tongue and honestly took the edge off the swelling by morning. They don't make you drowsy, which is great since I had to drive to work.
