Arnicare® Bruise Tablets

I was skeptical about whether a little tablet could actually fade a bruise, but the discoloration on my shin is noticeably lighter after just a few days. It definitely helped with the tenderness too, which was the part that bothered me most.

Took these after a nasty fall that left my thigh looking like a war zone, and the bruise faded noticeably within four days. The swelling and tenderness eased up faster than I expected, and the tablets were easy to dissolve under the tongue. Only wish the bottle came with more than 60.
